What happened?
I think it's preventative -- plantar fasciitis.
Foot nazis.
This is supposed to help relieve chronic achilles/plantar heel pain. It's an alternative to sleeping with the Strassburg Sock. After JP suggested that Strassburg may have been a factor in ending of a relationship, I thought I'd look for alternatives.
The Strassburg Sock is definitely a highly effective form of birth control --- although it didn't work for Phil.
