I tried my first LT of the season today. I decided to go for a not so ambitious 30 min (5 miles). I only did about 27 min (bathroom needs cut it short) but whats worse was the pace (and i was going at it pretty hard): 6:13 6:03 6:19 6:21 1:35 stopped early. This is not promising looking at Phoenix...
