Against The Wind

Man it was cold and windy this morning. Somehow Sweeny and I still managed to run 8 miles with 4 @ LT pace. The 4 miles were with the wind, so it was a highly assisted sub 6:15 pace. I'll take it any way I can get it. Secretly, I was hoping noone would show up and I would go back to bed. Now that it is all said and done, I am glad we did it.
